This is from memory so I may be a bit off but...

Blue alarm is a remote alarm (ie, the other end of the PRI (the switch) is
sending you an alarm state)

Yellow alarm is a local alarm (ie, The PM is generating an alarm for some
reason)

Loss of Sync is the number of times the PRI has gone down since the last
reboot.
