(PM) Beta 3.8.2

We have recently upgraded to the new BETA comos 3.8.x (Lucent's Suggestion),
and now PMVISION will not allow us to RESET PORTS. Upgraded to the latest
version of PMVISION (1.4) last nite and still does not work. Any ideas?
