(PM) PM3 OS 3.9b8

Just installed my first PM3 in the office. It came with PM3 OS 3.7.2
installed and I installed 3.8.2 and saw a very nice connect speed increase.
I could not find any info on what PM3 OS 3.9b8 will do. Is it worth it to
upgrade to this?

Also, it seems that the PM3 takes a while to verify a user (I am letting the
PM3 keep the user list) is this normal?
