If you fixed the USR Winmodem and HCF issues, the PM3 will be complete.
There is also some kind of weirdness that requires me to reboot the servers
every 15-20 days. If I don't, some users start getting handshake failures.
Perhaps a memory leak of some kind? However, the box shows no line errors
or excessive memory consumption.
