Rob,
a simple solution, is a little utility called "livepulse", do a search
and you shall find or try http://bhs.com it may be located there. we
currently use this utility for a proxy server which will watch a port
say "8000" if the port fails the machine will auto boot on it's own, it
has solved us quite a few headaches and I am sure it would work on
radius, locate it and give it a try guess you have nothing to lose.
