(PM) Help identify modem by ATI3

I have a customer with some connection difficulties, but I am unable
to identify his modem (as usual, the customer has no clue - about that
or anything else).

ATI3 reports a version number of 2.1.0.162 - it resembles the HCF codes
but they usually report 2.1.2.1xx at least.=20

Does anyone have a clue as to what modem this is or will I have to start
looking at manufacturers codes or info on the modem itself?
