If you use PMDial from the PMTools 4.1 suite, the location can be loaded
from a text file onto a portmaster, the location is then dialed and then
deleted from the portmaster. PMDial checks to see if a location with the
same name already exists on the PortMaster, and will use the existing
location rather than loading from the file. PMDial also will return a
status of 0 for successful dial or -1 for a failed dial.
