(PM) I rfe'd the alternate telnet port bug

Okay I emailed RFE and I also called the techno support hose line and
explained how you smarties on the portmaster mailing list found a bug with
the telnet dealie thingy.

So we will see if 1) they consider it a bug, 2) they consider it important
to fix, and 3) they DO fix it.

Frankly, id like to see better modem code first. I can live with not being
able to do raw smtp via telnet from my portmaster. ;-)
