(PM) PMvision 1.7 problem

I have installed PMvision 1.7. I can log on the portmaster 3 fine but
all monitor and sessions are blank. Like Modem summary;modem
details,session summary;session detail.
Monitor shows correctly the back panel LEDs graphic.
