Strictly speaking "NO" an ISDN Terminal Adapter (TA) is NOT a modem. It
doesn't modulate demodulate like an analog modem does.
To do DOVBS, you need to RTFM for that particular ISDN TA and have it set
to use Analog 56K. What settings are required are _specific_ to the unit
you use.
Ugh, tried looking for the examples but the livingston website is a lil of
a pain for that... *sigh* If anyone can chime in with a URL with examples
can you help?
