"After hours technical support, including weekend coverage, is being implemented to meet the service requirements of our growing worldwide customer base. "Our goal is to provide partners and customers with value-added service solutions and this is just one step toward accomplishing this". To contact us after hours, please send email to support@portmasters.com and in the subject, type "After Hours Support". We are committed to a response time of under 4 hours. Between the hours of 6:00pm and 7:00am CST, customers with the Extended Warranty Plus 7x24 service maintenance contracts will have priority access to technical support. Customers without 7x24 maintenance contracts will only be supported after hours at the current hourly rate, which is $90 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Standard hours of coverage will now be from 8:00am through 6:00pm CST. Technical support will continue to be provided (support@portmasters.com or 713-933-3357) to new and existing customers during these hours. If an open call for a non-contract customer is not completed by 6:20pm CST, the customer will be given the option of waiting for next day service or paying for an after hours service call. |
