+MS=V34 (for those cases where the modem just won't connect at v.90)
+MS=V90,,,,,[MAXv.90ConnectSpeed] (Set the max speed to a valid v.90 speed
that is a few steps lower than their average connect speed.)
Until the new modem code comes out, we have been using these to keep
Rockwell HCF modems connecting to us rather than our competitors, and for
the mode part it has been working very well.
