A Global Village 56K X2 (upgraded to V.90, current firmware and CCL
versions) is regularly being tossed off with "Port Error - Exceeded LAPM
retransmission limit" disconnects.
Connects are consistently in the 45333 - 49333 range (was previously almost
always 45333, and solid), but drop within 10 minutes, usually within 5.
Over a dozen instances so far.
No changes whatsoever on either end other than the 3.8.2 -> 3.8.2c2 upgrade.
