Neither have I...

Those stats were based on call termination reasons from the RADIUS ouput.
They have nothing to do with 'show modems'. Some people also summarize all
attempted calls through syslog. However, those figures include calls that
never made it.

Look at the source code that summarzied the stats. Basically, any
'negotiated' end to a session like admin reset, or PPP-Term-Request gets
counted as normal.

Have a look through the mailing list archives for several very
comprehensive discussions/descriptions. Livingston also has the
information in their web pages. In my opionion, x% of Call Circuit Closed
are the fault of the portmaster.... x being between somewhere 0% and 100%.
However, in our experience, Call Circuit Closed correlates highly to our
customers who have random disconnect problems.
