Subsequent connects followed the same pattern. Initially, I had him talk to
Dell to see that his modem was installed correctly. Dell, after spending an
hour on the phone with him, reported everything was fine, installed
correctly, and so forth.
Today, when we touched base again, I verified the settings myself - within
the Modem Control Panel, things seem to be working just fine. So, I started
to run through some ATI's on him. Does anyone have any knowledge of this?
I should also note that when he is connected up to our POTS lines, he is
getting 28.8 speeds. What follows are the ATIs suggested by Livingston for
them to help with modem support
