(PMOD) 3Com Noteworthy PCM card

* Trying to find an update to the drivers for a 3Com Noteworthy 56K Modem PC
Card.
It comes in the Toshiba Satellite 2535 laptop. 3Com does not list the
modem, and sends me to Toshiba. Toshiba sends me to 3Com...

Modem is downgrading to V.34 after retrains to 31200 to our PM3's, which
have the 3.8.2c2 COMOS upgrade.
Any help would be great!
