I too have been experiencing an extremely low amount of modem related tech
support calls. Once I got all the LT Winmodems upgraded to 5.44 support
tapered off, aside from a few calls about cheap modems, all of which are
easily fixed, it has been quite quiet.
Now I can spend more time working on my golf game :-) thanks Lucent!
