(PMOD) Receive Level: PM3 3.8.2c2 1675 LUCENT DSPs

Is the receive level being +2dB to -7.5dB a big deal?

Looks like the+ side is to spec, but the other side is not... Anyone have
any ideas if I should be concerned or not?
