(PMOD) Re: (PM) 3.8.2c2 looks broken

We also have done the same for our PM3s and had to downgrade our PM4 from
4.0.3c2 to 4.0.3 which has the same modem codes as PM3's 3.8.2 the c2
code for both caused too many headaches with Rockwell HCF, LT Win, and USR
Win modems and many of our users went from 48K-52K to 12K-21K connections.

I do want to say that I really apreciate Lucent's tech support. They have
been great, and they tried their best to resolve the problem. We will
probably not be upgrading to 3.9.
