USR Winmodem issues. was:(PMOD) Re: (PM) 3.8.2c2 looks broken

We have discovered a USR Winmodem issue. We are working to resolve this
issue. I urge you to open a ticket with Tech Support to confirm that we are
working on the same issue you are having with USR Winmodems. If you don't
open a ticket with Tech Support, we can't guarantee that we are going to
resolve your problem.
