I am getting a user that whenever he connects to a PM3 gives me this in
debug mode:

When I do a show M37 I get this:

The noticeable thing I see in here is the DIRECT/NONE. Has anyone
determined what causes this?
The modem's ATI3 is as follows:
SoftK56V_B2.1_V1.42
According to Zoltrix this is a Cobra Modem. I noticed there were some
drivers so I am trying them.
If anyone else has encountered the DIRECT/NONE and knows how to fix it I
would appreciate the info.
