This is a k56flex chipset with a 0.519 kflex revision. My understanding is
that the pm3s won't accept connections from kflex revisions prior to 1.000.
I thought that information came from livingston directly but I can't seem
to find the technote at livingston.com anymore. get them to update to 1.000
or better yet, 1.200
