(PMOD) Aopen modems

Is there any good modem strings for an Aopen FM56-P 56k speakerphone modem.
I have tried the basics modem strings and they are not working at all.
She has the newest firmware for her modem. V1.35.1
She is dialing into a PM3 and a Cisco, but has no luck getting connected.
Can anyone help me?
