(PMOD) USR WInmodem/Gateway computer

This modem came in a Gateway computer. The Gateway upgrade site which =
works great for the non winmodems says the winmodems don't need =
upgrading. My customer's persistent connect speed of 24000 says =
different. Is there a similar process like the Lt winmodem or the =
Zoltrix when upgrading a USR win?
