(PMOD) Modem halt ?

Hi!

I am not sure if in the next question is the modem the problem, but I
would like to hear what do you think.

I am using an USR v34 modem and a PM2, v3.7.2. Our users connected to us
in a callback fashion using PPP protocol.

The question is simple, with the older version 3.0.4 all runs fine, but
with newer versions, at least up to 3.7.2, we get always the same
problem, once the callback connection is established, it works fine for
about 2 to 5 minutes, and then no more packets arrive to the remote
computer, however, the modems are still connected each other. If I ping
from the PM the IP of the remote user, I see in the Input Byte count of
the port that the number increases, but not the Output Byte count, which
get frozen.

Please, any help would be very very appreciated.

Regards,
Diego.
