(PMOD) Supra 56 IV pro

Hello,

We have a Customer which has a Modem Supra Express 56K IV Pro with the most
recent drivers (V90). He connects one in 10 times and when he does he gets
several disconnects. The problem is that in Portugal we have a Service
called Netline which consists in a dedicated phone line just for the
Internet, but has no dial tone. When we try to put any Init Strings we
receive messages like: "The modem is not responding...".

Any ideas???
