(PMOD) Init for AcerO -FM56-H

Searched the archives and last two months of mail for an init
string for this modem. Rarely connects, and if it's successful I get a
rocket speed of 300 baud. Talk about a flash back. Couldn't find
anything on the init string page that was supplied either.
