The driver you should use is dependant on whether the modem is ISA or PCI.
One thing that I do recommend is that you read the instructions on
upgrading ***very*** carefully. I upgraded one of these in a customer
machine just a couple of days ago. I made the mistake of not reading the
instructions thoroughly, and kept getting the modem reporting "Couldn't
open port". Turns out that I had just removed the modem, restarted the
computer, and when Windows detected it, I told it where to find the new
drivers. I thought I was done at that point--I wasn't. Even after you do
this, you may still have to run the setup program before the install is
complete. When doing the upgrade, just remember this: if it hasn't asked
you what country you're in, and what language you speak, you're not done
yet--you need to run the setup program at that point.
