Yuck! This really sucks! Got any PM-2's with analog modems? I kept one
PM-25 with 5 analog modems hanging off it for just such a situation. I've
only got a few users on them--mostly old 14.4 people whose modems, for
some reason won't connect to the PM3. There are also a few people with
V.FC modems that use them so they can get 28.8. Anyway, if you're going
to keep this customer, I don't see any other option. I guess you could
maybe try the SM56 PCI upgrade, and see what happens (assuming you have
the original software for the modem in case something goes terribly
wrong). If we're going to start seeing more of these, I sure hope
Motorola gets updated drivers up on their website.

BTW, are you running the latest ComOS?
