User is getting lots of Call Circuit Closed Disconnects
(short sessions). This is not an isolated case.
a) Are others seeing this ?
b) Solutions ?
c) How generic are the upgrades around ?
We've seen some almost identical ATI responses bar it
says RTAD instead of Speakerphone ? Whats the diff ?
Similar probs on Rockwell HCF's we found that you
couldnt install upgrades from one type to the other
(RTAD vrs Speakerphone).
Most of our users cannot even identify what brand the
modem is ? Are these OEM customised or generic firmware ?
