Have you tried upgrading to COMOS 3.8.2c2?

The latest Aztech drivers at http://www.aztechca.com/modem.htm
are version 2.1.2.135

Zoltrix has version 2.1.2.161.000
at http://www.zoltrix.com/support/INDEX.HTM
look for model MODEL: FMHCF56i
