The Disconnect column of "show modem" is not reliable. It seems to get
stuck reporting "circuit disconnect", even though the last session for
that modem was a normal disconnect.
In the RADIUS logs, you should check the "LE-Terminate-Detail" string
for more details on the terminations. Some "User Request" values are
ok, but "User Request - Call Circuit Closed" -might- indicate problems.
