My PM3's are also having plenty of modem disconnect problems. Even
customers with the iMac which is usually rock solid are getting disconnects.
Got the same results with 3.8.3 and 3.8.2

Yes, upgraded modem firmware etc. and still getting disconnects.

About ready to move to Assured Access x1000.

When I check the Radius logs I see approx. 98% "User-Request" as the
'Acct-Terminate-Cause' however, using the 'show modem' the Disconnect column
shows mostly "CIRCUIT DISCONNECT" approx 90% and very few < 2% "NORMAL"
Shouldn't it always be "NORMAL" ?

running 3.9b22 with CTI's and RADIUS 2.1 on BSD

show line0
---------------------- line0 - T1 Inband DS0 ---------------

Status: UP Framing: ESF Encoding: B8ZS PCM: u-law

Alarms Violations

Blue 1 Bipolar 0
Yellow 0 CRC Errors 0
Receive Carrier Loss 0 Multiframe Sync 11

Up for 60 days on the above line0 with the same info. for Line1.
