It is pity... Result of 'show modem' says, that many of disconnections are
'LAPM DISCONNECT'. I think, that disabling LAPM error correction and using
MNP instead of LAPM will help...

I'm an ISP and most of customers know nothing about protocols, modem
commands and so on. I can't suggest to disable all except MNP - they don't
know, what is it :(
