This problem doesn't exist on the pm3, but Lucent tech support
insists to me that Microsoft didn't follow the RCF's exactly, and that they
also made a mistake when they coded the pm3. They corrected the error on
the pm4, so that windows no longer functions properly dialing into it, and
refuse to make any exceptions in the code to make it work with the majority
of our user's dialers. Go figure. Our PM4's are all going back to Lucent,
anyway, so I didn't push the issue.
