Any other problem reports from PCTel modems to the latest code?
PCTel modems were not setting the V.90 capability bit in the V.8bis
sequence so we would always connect K56Flex. We know that V.90
covers a lot more network impairments than K56Flex ever did.
So we ignore V.8bis for PCTel modems and go right to V.90.
The problem is if the PCTel modem doesn't support V.90. This should
be covered and the modem should fall back to V.34.
