I am looking for the following function. I would like to define each
user in the users file with a password, but have them pick up a default
configuration based on the suffix (or prefix or whatever). Something
like......

sample Password = "notsecure"
DEFAULT.DEFAULT
User-Service-Type = Login-User,
Login-Service = Rlogin
DEFAULT.slip
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = SLIP,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-MTU = 1006
DEFAULT.cslip
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = SLIP,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-MTU = 1006,
Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobsen-TCP-IP
DEFAULT.ppp
User-Service-Type = Framed-User,
Framed-Protocol = PPP,
Framed-Routing = None,
Framed-MTU = 1006

sample.ppp would pick check the password for sample, and then pick up
the DEFAULT.ppp configuration. Ideally, any items specified in the
users stanza would be uzed in addition too or as overrides for the
DEFAULT section.

Any help out there?
