it rarely happens that I reply to my own questions, but I want
to add another fact.

I just figured out, that all users from the SUN (with a valid
SUN account) can connect, but the users in the Radius users
database are ignored, ...
I bet 2 cent that I missconfigured the portmaster, but where?
I bet I should tell him somewhere: Hey look at the radius
database, but where?? And in fact a Radius request is
running, ... I am totally confused.
