This doesn't surprise me. I have seen a number of other problems in
single-process mode, though I have worked around them in other ways. The
problems I have seen -- related to authenticating authentication the request
-- may be due to the OS and not to radiusd itself. However, my attempt to use
single-process mode to work around some problems with dbm was not successful.
