I'm using Merit Radius and I find that a many STOP records don't get
received... I always figured it was the Merit Radius, never occured to me
that it would be the PM... Since I offer unmetered access only, this is no
problem for me, but I guess it could be a really big problem for those who
bill by usage.... hm...
