I have added the final 10 port card to my PM taking it to 30 ports.
I can see and configure ports S20-29 but when I connect a modem
to any of these ports and dial it from a PC the modem answers
but I never get a prompt.
It is as if the PM is not talking to the modem.
I have cloned the port config from a port that is working.
I have connect a known working modem from a working port to
one of the new ports but it won't talk.
What have I missed?
I am running ComOS 3.1.3 and use PMconsole for Windows Version 1.1
Do I need to upgrade to ComOS 3.3.2 ?
I have the file pm2_3_3.2 but how do I upload it to the PM
with PMconsole for Windows Version 1.1 ?
Can I get a copy of ComOS 3.1.3 to downgrade if the upgrade is
unsuccessful? I don't want to break my working system.
Should ComOS 3.1.3 support 30 ports?
