Radius and a cisco 2511...

I'm looking for people that are currently using radius to do authentication
with a cisco 2511 (or similiar). I'm using a 2511 running IOS 11.1.5 with
a slightly modified version of radius1.16 and it is mostly working, but there
are some small problems that I can't work out. The problem that is causing
me the most grief is that it worked if one dials in and is already using ppp,
such as windows95, but if you're trying to login and then start ppp, using
windows3.11 & trumpet, it just doesn't work.

So, if anyone has done this before, drop me a line. Also, if there are any
specific mailing lists about using ciscos and radius, please let me know.
