The modems I have are USR 33.6 stand alone modems. In box, used 60 days.
Warranty is tranferable. I am asking $135 a piece and I will include the
modem cable. I have only 10 remaining.

The shelf info can be found at www.digital.net/ddi. It make a neat
installation as well as air flow for modems.
