Enabled. Then you'll have CD and DTR enabled (DTR will be used for
hangup). But this is for PortMasters only. NetServers use the packet
bus, where modem control settings are ignored.
But, you have a NetServer from USR? Sorry, but their code is based
upon ComOS 3.1.4, which is outdated, and, no session-limit support
over RADIUS.
