more trouble with radius 2.0

Three more things I've noticed with the 2.0 radius code:

1) I keep getting the following error in my logs:

could not cache client datum for host 206.75.222.15

It doesn't seem to be affecting operations, but it is annoying to get these
messages. I checked in the mailing list archives, and noticed other people
have the problem, but I didn't find any solution.

2) The makefiles are not setup nice for those of us who don't want to use
secureid. Not a major problem, but a bit of a pain.

3) The code refuses to compile with NDBM unset. I realize that the new code
requires the -b option to actually use DBM, but I thought perhaps this was why
problem 1) above was happening, so I tried to remove DBM completely -- and it
puked royally.

Aside from that, I'm a happy radius 2.0 user. Now, I just have to hack my
personal accounting/authentication routines into the new source...
