Not officially. There's an unsupported, user-contributed hack
described at
http://www.livingston.com/Tech/Appnotes/app.RADIUS-one-login.shtml
It was developed for RADIUS 1.16, but could be used to work out a
similar hack for 2.0.
Merit and ESVA RADIUS have inherent mechanisms for doing this, but I
don't have any information on how or how well they work.
