Just a note to the effect that PayMaster (our $690 ISP billing program) now
does RADIUS files, especially from Livingston, and we are also preparing a
Lite version for ISP's charging a flat fee ($19.95 unlimited, e.g.).

PayMaster would allow you to quickly email your bills to your clients in
the latter case, or provide many billing schemes in the full version. Note
that PayMaster runs on NT, but takes RADIUS files from UNIX servers as
well.
