this did happen quite awhile ago...
also cache size and not being cleared with older netscapes... we would set
to 512 instead of 5000 and clear it...
we also went from a 256k frame t1 to much much higher speed multiple
dedicated circuits and better network design overall, even though it isnt
perfect by any means...
