This could have some bearing on the problem I guess but the majority of
customers having problems are Win95 users..

I fail to see however what bearing the size of the Netscape cache and
whether it has content would have on users being disconnected??

I also fail to see how your circuit link speed could impact users being
disconnected?
We will try getting some people with continuing problems to try changing
the buffering in Win95 as that is probably the best suggestion I have
seen. I can't think of much else it could be. Most people with problems
of disconnects are using good quality modems, have high speed serial
ports etc.
