That depends - RADIUS servers have -one- secret per NAS. So if both of
these go to the same server yes.

It would be possible to have two servers, one auth, one acct, and have
different secrets.

Most NASes only allow you to set one.

And calling it CHAP is just plain dumb. ;-)
